Medical Suspensions & Athlete Withdrawals

Athletes may be withdrawn from competition at any time due to injury, illness, medical suspension, failure to meet regulatory requirements, weight issues, personal circumstances, or at the discretion of event officials or the promotion. Any resulting changes to the fight card do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

No refunds will be provided within 21 days (3 weeks) of the event date, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Event Cancellation

If the entire event is cancelled by FFC, ticket holders will be contacted regarding available refund or transfer options.

Event Postponement

If the event is postponed, all tickets will remain valid for the new event date. Refund requests will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Right of Admission

FFC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue whose behaviour is deemed abusive, threatening, intoxicated, disruptive or unsafe. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

By entering the venue, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed or recorded for promotional, marketing, broadcast, livestream and social media purposes without compensation.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets

FFC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Tickets must be presented for entry.

Children

Children attending the event must hold the appropriate ticket (where applicable) and remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

Event Schedule

Door opening times, fight start times and the event schedule are approximate only and may change without notice.
